The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are, theexistence of a significant impact of the factors of leadership, the organizational structure, availability of resources, vision, mission, external environment and culture on the strategicoptions in the private organizations under study, and a number of recommendations weremade consistent with these conclusions.
