Abstract EN

The researchers initiated this work to diagnose the level of the three variables, which are (administrative performance, the pressures of the training profession, psychological endurance) because of their importance and the focus of more previous studies on the technical, physical, skill and planning aspects, and since the training work is an integrated work among all the factors and there are several purposes for research, which is to adapt.

Adaptation) Measures of administrative performance and psychological endurance for coaches of team games for the first and excellent clubs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

The researchers used the descriptive approach in the style of correlational studies for its relevance and the nature of the research.

The research community included (240) coaches and assistant coaches representing the clubs of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq in collective games (volleyball, football, basketball and handball) for the first and excellent classes, which numbered (80) clubs.

The researchers presented, analyzed and discussed the results according to the sequence of research objectives and hypotheses.

The researchers reached the following conclusions, which are the effectiveness of the training profession stress scale, which the researchers built through scientific research procedures.

The researchers recommended the following to circulate the results of the current study to the coaches of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq clubs for team games in the first and excellent leagues.
