this research is an effort to see the adaptability of consuming a type of coffee known as "Luwak coffee" to the Islamic law.

It is crucial to find the Islamic law for this coffee because it is made from coffee seeds taken from the dungs of Asian palm civet.

So this research contains the definition of this coffee in its literal form and contextual form and its production process, and then the researcher explained the Islamic law of it by showing and mentioning the problems related to it with the scholars views and the evidences of these views and the related arguments.

Also the researcher mentioned the regulations that is obligatory to Muslims regarding drinking it, and the fatwas issued by the member of fatwas Council.
