This study aims to highlight the role of the elite in the scientific renaissance in the North during the French occupation, at the beginning of the twentieth century through communication between reformers of valley of Mesab and the ones in the North and their contributions in the fields of journalism and education, their activities had a clear impact in spreading awareness and the appearance of the reform movement.
