Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the level of organizational confidence of secondary education teachers in the Wilayat of al-Manea, as well as to find out the differences in their level of confidence according to gender and seniority, by applying a questionnaire to a sample of 148 teachers, where the study confirmed that their level of confidence was high, and that there were no differences statistical function due to the variables of sex and seniority.
