Abstract EN

This study aimed to measure and analyze the impact of Strategic flexibility dimensions as an independent variable on achieving knowledge management as a dependent variable in the private hospital sector operating in Amman Governorate.

the study population consisted of the hospital's upper & middle management employees and considered the whole population using the comprehensive survey method.

used a descriptive-analytical method.

The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data and consisted of (21) items.

The results showed a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α≤0.05) of the Strategic flexibility and its dimensions (Flexibility of organizational structure, the flexibility of human capital, the flexibility of service) with knowledge management at Amman Governorate Private Hospitals sector.

The study recommends that upper management in private Jordanian hospitals pay attention to providing versatile services to meet customers' needs; By focusing on the development process while maintaining the level of quality; To be able to compete in the market.
