Abstract EN

The study aims to analyze the impact of team management on the quality of services provided in insuranc ecompanies.

To do this, we conducted a field study on a sample of insurance companies in the Biskra by relying on a questionnaire tool that was distributed to 100 workers and analyzed by the SPSS statistical program, using various statistical methods.

The study finds a strong positive correlation between the management of work teams and the quality of insurance services in its dimensions (dependency, response, safety, tangibility, empathy).

Which explained that the work teams in the companies under study affected them morally and contributed to improving the quality of insurance services provided, and empowering them functionally, and increased their ability to provide insurance services easily and simply.
