In the constitutional amendment 2020, the Algerian constitutional founder created a new constitutional body represented by the constitutional court instead of the constitutional council, which was consecrated starting in 1989, this study aims to highlight the competences of the new constitutional body compared to constitutional council, did it retrain the same competencies or grant it new competencies, and we reached through this research a set of result, including the granting of the constitutional ruler a new jurisdiction that was not assigned to the constitutional court, witch adjudicate the different between the authority's.
