The electronic municipality is one of the most important and prominent contemporary interfaces of information technology.

there is almost unanimity that technological progress is one of the most important factors responsible for economic growth and sustainable human development, and the state is aware of the importance of building and establishing an electronic municipality to achieve sustainable development.

this experiment is to advance the municipality of central Algeria electronically and the rest of the municipalities of the country.

we took Dubai municipality as a complete model for the electronic municipality and concluded at the end of the study that Algeria has made steps, but the path to reach an electronic municipality is still incomplete, and to achieve it we must speed up the completion of the project.
