Business incubators are considered one of the important mechanisms for business growth and accelerating the successful development of emerging projects, by providing a system of resources and services directed to entrepreneurs.

The importance of usiness incubators has increased recently.

The idea of business incubators emerged in order to reduce the failure rates that afflict new institutions.

Considering that small and medium enterprises are better than their large counterparts, and are more able to adapt to the various changes taking place in the market, as well as their ability in the field of product development, creativity and innovation, many countries have tended to establish business incubators as institutional building and legal entity to support small and medium enterprises developing and developing its roles and benefits, and facing the various problems it faces.

Through this study, we will shed light on the American business incubator Y Combinator and their importance in the American economy by creating job opportunities, reducing the unemployment rate, bringing investments, promoting companies and developing emerging institutions.
