Abstract EN

he study aimed at identifying the training needs of mathematics teachers to employ technology in teaching mathematics, available sample consisted of (137) teachers from Amman, to achieve the purpose of the study the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (40) item, distributed into (4) domains, the validity and reliability were confirmed.

The results showed that mathematics teachers need to be trained in learning assessments, and the results showed statistically significant differences between means of their estimates according to gender within the two areas: planning and implementation; learning assessment, in favor of males teachers, and there are significant differences in the school type domain; In favor of public schools, also, the differences in the number of courses trainee were in favor of those who did not attend any course training.

In light of the results, the researcher recommends the necessity of training mathematics teachers to employ technological skills in teaching.
