Abstract EN

The study aimed at determinate validity and reliability in Fleishman's job analysis questionnaire (FJAS-2) version 21 competences on the Algerian environment.

For this purpose, the researcher has translated the genuine version into Arabic (was translated and back translated complying with the FJAS-2 usage policy).

After making sure that the translated version contains no mistakes, it has been applied on a random sample made up of (38) Professors from Larbi Ben Mhidi and Kasdi Merbah universities.

Fleishman's survey of the social and interpersonal competences (Fleishman Job Analysis Survey (F-JAS2) was adopted in collecting data from the selected teachers who have at least an experience of 10 years.

This study proved the presence of high indicators of internal coherence between the efficiencies and the total degree.

The Arabic version survey has a high reliability, also it received high persistence because the split-half coefficient is (0.953) and Cronbach's alpha is (0,984).

In light of these results, the research concluded with presenting a set of suggestions drowns from the nature of such researches in our society.
