Abstract EN

The exchange policy is very important in Algerian law, especially since it has a positive role in the financial and monetary policy of the Algerian state, whether the supervision of the drain is rigid or flexible.

Especially since the market economy requires the necessity of systemic transformation, removal of monopolies, and the opening of the Algerian economy to the outside.

Hence, the Algerian legislator approved the Stock Exchange Organization Committee to control the financial market as a new way for the state to intervene in administrative supervision of the performance of banks and financial institutions.

La politique de change est très importante en droit algérien, D'autant qu'il a un rôle positif dans la politique financière et monétaire de l'Etat algérien, Et c'est de savoir s'il la supervision de l'échange est rigide ou flexible, d'autant que l'économie de marché nécessite la nécessité d'une transformation systémique, la suppression des monopoles, et l'ouverture de l'économie algérienne vers l'extérieur.

Ainsi, le législateur algérien a approuvé le Comité d'organisation de la bourse pour contrôler le marché financier comme une nouvelle manière pour l'État d'intervenir dans le contrôle administratif de la performance des banques et des institutions financières.
