It has become clear that poetry is a distinct rhetorical event that has the mechanisms and conditions of harmony and communication within the cognitive act of reading and the standards of literary communication.

There is no doubt that the formation of popular poetry made its excellence and uniqueness.

The majority of critics and thinkers regard linguistic composition and new nature of the encoding as features that in essence reflect the emotional act embodied in all forms the Sufi dimension.

From this point of view, the popular Sufi poetic texts, namely Miloud Saberi's, have a special linguistic outcome that has become a springboard for mystical dimensions, forming a knowledge code that embodies reality and the intellectual and philosophical perceptions behind it and through which it shows the creative self-awareness as a frame of the cognitive action.

This research paper is intended to analyse Miloud Saberi's popular poetry which is marked by the Sufi dimension, recalling the language and the revelation of cognitive sayings in his popular poetry discourse.
