Caricature is one of the most prominent expressive means due to its influential ability to dominate and seize the mind of the recipient, as well as being a political expression tool that can be employed in multiple directions, whether in the field of political criticism, or to incite and spread hatred, as it is characterized by its ability to directly influence the political reality through its movement and interaction.

The caricature is a discourse inhabited by ideology, so caricatures have become a source for the manufacture and production of values and symbols, and the formation of awareness and conscience, as they are employed by states to devote their logic and impose their power and influence, by influencing or antagonizing the recipient.

The essence and problem of the research is based on an attempt to reveal how the caricature is used for political purposes, inflammatory and cynical, which institutional ideologies contribute to its formation, through the Israel Arabic website on Twitter.

The research has reached a set of results, the most important of which is the interest in the political issues of the published caricature, and the adoption of a strategy of diversification in the caricature form, with the use of multiple methods in the caricature discourse towards the target parties, as well as the presence of clear indications and contexts for the process of ideological discourse.
