The issue of woman advancement by making her fully a key partner in the state and society institutions and functioning an international and national proposed priority.

Hence, this issue should be dealt with more drastic and responsible vision for the goal of reconsidering the distribution of roles standards among individuals within the community, and to reduce the gap as for the presence of opportunities and to ensure equity in the distribution of rights and privileges.

Therefore, most countries work to upgrade women's political rights in the framework of their commitments to international covenants stipulating legal principle of political equality between man and woman.
