عرفت الأسرة الجزائرية في الآونة الأخيرة العديد من المشكلات بالرغم من إعادة النظر في قانون الأسرة لسنة 1984 و الذي تمخض عنه قانون الأسرة المعدل سنة 2005، اعتقادا من المسؤولين و مختلف الباحثين و المطالبين بمراجعة قانون الأسرة أن مشاكل الأسرة ترجع بالأساس إلى المنظومة القانونية التي لم تأخذ بعين الاعتبار الخصائص الجديدة للمرأة.
لذا ستتطرق صفحات هذا المقال الى أحد مشكلات الأسرة الجزائرية المعاصرة آلا و هما العنف بمختلف أشكاله و ظاهرة الخلع.
Abstract EN
The Algerian family has recently experienced many problems despite a review of the Family Law of 1984, which resulted in the amended Family Law in 2005, believing from officials and various researchers and those calling for a review of family law that family problems are mainly due to the legal system that did not take into account the new characteristics of women.
Therefore, the pages of this article will address one of the problems of the contemporary Algerian family: violence in all its forms and the phenomenon of dislocation
