The present study deals with evaluating the performance of the educational supervisors of the primary education stage in the light of the modern supervisory trends according to the opinions of both the educational inspectors and the teachers as the supervising role of the inspectors category is an important element in the educational process, and its development aims to improve the supervisory performance, According to modern supervisory trends and the reinforcement of this diverse supervisory behavior of educational inspectors, there is a need for objective and accurate feedback on what this category of supervisory practices is doing with teachers in primary school classrooms.

and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher applied a questionnaire evaluating the performance of educational supervisors prepared by Struck and Al-Khasawneh (2004) on a sample of Inspectors and teachers, and the study reached the following results: - The performance level of primary education inspectors in light of recent supervisory trends from the point of view of the inspectors themselves is high.
