Abstract EN

The present study measured the impact of the independent variable designed by the administrative empowerment on the dependent variable described as a performance.

The four dimensions of the performance were measured with balanced scorecard & this study was carried out at the Hasnaoui group in Sidi Bel Abbes.

An electronic survey was used in the present study, and this is due to the conditions of the epidemic, since the available sample reached 47 individuals, and the data were treated by the statistical analysis.

Study reaches different conclusions, finding that there is no statistically significant relationship between administrate empowerment and both financial performance and customer relationship administrative empowerment and both financial performance and customer relationship management at the Hasnaoui society, meantime, a statistically significant relationship has been, established between administrative empowerment and both operations management and organizational learning
