Public services are a key pillar of the life of all societies.
Public service is a major concern and increased and has been high in the industries of developed countries in the contemporary world.
Many public organizations have adopted the concept and application of service marketing and the application of public service can be defined as an intangible activity that is directly offered to citizens.
Management oversight is a very important topic in business organizations and the only way to pursue the implementation of tasks, strategies, plans and objectives, and the achievement of the objectives, strategies and plans, and the implementation of the objectives, and the implementation of the objectives of the United Nations system.
Administrative oversight is defined as the process of measuring business results, diagnosing the causes of deviation (if any) and taking corrective action after the comparison of the plans and criteria established, so it includes four phases on which most researchers agree (activity-measurement-evaluation-activity-correction).
The problem of knowledge research is to question (i.
e.
the four stages more important within the administrative oversight process) the problem of field research is that it is difficult to market services provided by the Social Protection Authority to citizens when publicized electronically, and the largest part of which are material subsidies.
The researcher used the SPSS program to extract correlation and regression factors between the variables discussed after designing a questionnaire form suitable for the research topic and distributing it to the directors of the Authority (Director General and his associates - head of department and his associates - division officer and assistants), as the volume of the sample examined reached (50) Director, A number of conclusions were reached, the most prominent of which is that the Social Protection Authority monitors the level of commitment of departments and branches to the quality of service provided to citizens and evaluates those departments and branches on the basis of this.
The Authority's administration is keen to collect information about the future requirements of citizens and owns research units.
Traditional in this field, and at the conclusion of the research, several recommendations were made, most notably the need for the Social Protection Authority to rely on advanced means and modern technologies in marketing the service to citizens in order to ensure increased efficiency of work in the various departments and branches of the Authority and to emphasize network communications through the Internet And its applications as modern communication technology ensures the Authority continuous communication processes, gathering information on possible community requirements and developing a proactive business strategy that achieves the Authority's objectives and meets the needs of citizens.
