Abstract EN

This study aimed to reveal the factors of the organizational conflict between the professors of Mouloud Mammeri university, in addition to identifying their level of psychological compliance, while defining the nature of the correlation between these two variables.

this study was applied to a sample of (72) male and female professors.

finally, the researcher concluded that the content of the work and its surroundings are among the most factors of the organizational conflict among the members of this study sample, with a high level of psychological compliance with them, in addition to the existence of a correlative relationship between the variables of this study.
