Abstract EN

This article discusses the roles of women in the workplace taking the private and hidden sides in this area.

It is based exclusively on home work which is the set of activities carried out by women to obtain a salary and a home function (sewing, baking, sales representative, herbal medicine, etc.

) but also by explaining that this type of work is a response to cultural and social variables relating to women.

Women are seen in its role as part of a complex social structure in its mind and the roles of its members.
