Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify both the level of practicing organizational citizenship behavior and the reality of managing the coronavirus pandemic crisis among workers in the paramedical staff in Algerian hospitals (the case of Mohamed Seddik Ben Yahia Hospital-Jijel), in addition to determining the nature and strength of the correlation between the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior and the management of the coronavirus pandemic crisis ; and because the study is quantitative, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data, as it was distributed to 75 paramedical workers who were chosen by the convenience non-random sampling method.

the study concluded with several results, the most important of which are : the existence of a very high practice of organizational citizenship behavior on the part of paramedical staff in Muhammad Al-Siddiq Bin Yahya Hospital in Jijel, while the reality of managing the coronavirus pandemic recorded moderate results, the study also showed the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior and the management of the corona virus crisis, was mainly due to the "courtesy" dimension.

which explained (44.1%) of the variation in the management of the coronavirus pandemic crisis.
