This study aims to highlight the extent of awareness of Algerian institutions officials of the importance of strategic thinking and its role in enhancing the quality of decision-making in its three dimensions (decision flexibility, information quality, decision efficiency) among employees of the national plumbing corporation ALFET in Tiaret.

and distributing the questionnaire to an intentional sample of 76 tire workers based on the SPSS program.

the dimensions of the quality of decision-making, that is why the study recommended the necessity of consolidating the concept of strategic thinking and working to increase the awareness of the officials of the research institution for this thinking, which will be reflected positively to raise the level of quality of decision-making.
