It is commonplace to note that contemporary graffiti discourse has embraced change from a simple to a complex and an expressive art through which people seek to mark their presence considering it as a space to express their thoughts, ideas and feelings.

due to the importance of this topic, the current study aims at treating a set of opposite dichotomies such as the conflict between man and woman, the citizen and the responsible and between the Arab and the western worlds through their representations on street walls.
