تحدث الأزمات الاقتصادية (من أزمة الكساد العظيم عام 1929 م إلى أزمة "اليونان" عام 2010 م) لعدة أسباب؛ لكن يجمع أغلب علماء الاقتصاد على أن هذه الأزمات ما هي إلا وليدة اختلالات تحدث في السوق (سواء السوق النقدي-المالي أو السوق الحقيقي).
لذا فإن مسألة التوازن الاقتصادي هي مسألة بالغة الأهمية، منه يقدم هذا المقال في جزئه الأول أهم محاولات علماء الاقتصاد رسم صورة "التوازن الاقتصادي".
أما في جزئه الثاني، فيقدم طرح جديد لـمفهوم: "التوازن الاقتصادي"؛ كما يرى الباحث أنه يمكن أن يسهم في إيجاد حلول لظاهرة الأزمات بصفة خاصة و حفظ التوازن الاقتصادي الذي يضمن التنمية المستدامة بصفة عامةEconomic crises occur (
Abstract EN
from the crisis of the Great Depression in 1929 to the crisis "Greece" in 2010) for several reasons, but combines most economists agree that this crisis is only the result of Disequilibrium that occur in the market (whether financial market or the real market).
Therefore, the question of the "Economic Equilibrium" is a matter of great importance, from this article, we either give in its first part the most important economists attempts to draw a picture of «economic equilibrium».
Where, in Part II, this article provides launch (new concept) for "Economic Equilibrium".
