The role of the university in the light ofthe old educational philosophy was limited to receiving the student and providing him with knowledge and information that develop his knowledge side only and be an organized and planned process of filling information in the student's mind without paying attention to other aspects of his personality despite its great importance for creating and building his integrated personality To be an effective and influential social element in his surroundings and the environment in which he lives and thus in the society to which he belongs.

It is known that there are three main aspects in the human personality, which are the cognitive side, the emotional side, and the skill side, and these three aspects should be built in the human personality.

In order to be able to create an integrated and balanced human personality cognitively, emotionally and skillfully.

In light of this, the construction process should go in parallel, side by side, continuous and integrated with each other, because any defect in any one of these aspects will create an unbalanced and incompletely developed human personality and therefore not be effective and influential in the social construction of society.

One of the basic elements to achieve this purpose is the university professor, who has a great and distinguished role in forming the student's cognitive personality and developing his scientific and cultural talents to a large and influential degree, because the student, especially when he is in the youth stage, is greatly influenced by the personality of the university professor who draws from him scientific information Thus, he may make him a good example to follow and take care of what he tells him and provide him with information during the lecture.

Between both parties the communicative process between them must be largely successful.
