The concept of authentic leadership as a combination of positive behavior, transformational leadership and moral development, as it represents a directing process through which leaders are highly aware of how they think and act in addition to their awareness of the environment in which they work.

This is reflected in the satisfaction and dissatisfaction, so it has become one of the topics of interest to researchers and administrators, and that examines the various matters of the employee's sources and means of satisfaction, and measuring the degree of workers' satisfaction with their jobs, as well as examining the causes of job dissatisfaction.

To achieve the desired satisfaction of the employee and the loss of these factors leads to the employee's situation in a state of dissatisfaction, as it is reflected on his performance at work and the performance of his duties in the required manner.

And his conviction in the objectives of the institution, and here lies the importance of research in identifying the level of practice of authentic leadership of administrators of the directorates of youth and sports transferred authority, which affects the satisfaction of employees and positive and negative reactions in their fields of work.

And the purpose of the study is to identify the level of practice of authentic leadership of administrators from the point of view of Their employees in the Directorates of Youth and Sports have transferred authority, as well as identifying the level of job satisfaction It satisfies the administrative staff and non-administrative staff in the directorates of youth and sports with transferred authority and to identify the relationship between authentic leadership and job satisfaction from the point of view of the administrative staff and non-administrative staff in the directorates of youth and sports with transferred authority.

The research community included administrators and non-administrators of the directorates of youth and sports in Iraq (the central and southern governorates) for the year (2019), numbering (898) employees distributed over (10) governorates, as for the sample of governorates transferred with powers.
