The current research provides a theoretical and applied framework that tests the relationship between administrative transparency and organizational prowess through the mediating role of the quality of work life, according to a formula that shows the reflection of the results of the investment of administrative transparency on the level of organizational prowess of workers.

From the perspective of administrative transparency, the researcher examined the impact of (information transparency, transparency of regulations and legislation, transparency of decision-making, transparency of performance evaluation) on the quality of work life and organizational prowess.

With data collected from a sample of (250) individuals working in sales tax offices in the North Delta region, and the applied results of the research proved the validity of alternative hypotheses, on the basis of which the researcher formulated a set of recommendations that included a set of administrative practices necessary to build administrative transparency and improve the quality of work life And activating the role of organizational prowess.
