Abstract EN

This research deals with the most important legal rulings resulting from rape in the chapter on acts of worship, in which some Muslims may take place without knowledge, or from where it is thought that it is permissible, and in reality it is not so, so that they are aware of their religion, and their worship is valid, and they perform As Allah Almighty commanded this research was: Whereas, by extrapolating the chapters of acts of worship in the books of jurisprudence, it is noticed that the jurists have mentioned abuse in the section of acts of worship of various kinds, and have arranged for it legal rulings in terms of permissibility and inviolability, health and corruption, and other rulings, and in preparing this research the scientific method used in the preparation of fiqh research is followed.

Through the research, the opinions of the jurists were identified and their guides were detailed and discussed, when presenting the different applications of fraud related to the chapters of acts of worship, from ablution, prayer, and Hajj to the Book of Funerals, with an explanation of the preponderant opinion on each of the research issues, as it turned out that the reason for the disagreement in this issue is due to differences The jurists and theologians argue that the prohibition on a thing indicates its corruption or not.
