Abstract EN

The objective of the current research to develop the engineering design and scientific thinking skills of kindergarten children by using a program based on the STEAM Approach and its impact on their leadership behavior.

The research was applied to 30 children in a kindergarten in the province of Asyut.

The researchers prepared the following research materials: The list of engineering design skills suitable for the kindergarten child and the list of scientific thinking skills that can be developed for the kindergarten child using the STEAM input as well as the program was developed based on the STEAM entry for the development of engineering design and scientific thinking skills, and the child's working papers.

Research measurement tools have also been developed: Graded Engineering Design Skills Scale (Rubric) Suitable for Kindergarten Child, Photographic Science Thinking Skills Test for Kindergarten Child, and Command Behavior Card for Kindergarten Children.
