Abstract EN

The study aimed: "Determine the degree to which students-teachers majoring in Arabic, at the Faculty of Education, Fayoum University, practice distance learning skills in light of the Corona pandemic and its impact on the development of their scientific understanding.

The study sample consisted of students of the Department of Arabic Language, General Education, Faculty of Education, Fayoum University; Where their number reached (54) male and female students, and the study followed the two research methods: descriptive and quasi-experimental.

It also used a set of tools; To achieve its objectives, which are: the questionnaire, as well as the scientific comprehension test for the students of the study sample.

The study reached a set of results, including: The total degree of student-teacher practice in Arabic language at the Faculty of Education, Fayoum University (the study sample) for the paragraphs and axes of the questionnaire on distance learning skills in light of a pandemic Corona: It was medium.

It also showed that there were differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the two applications, the pre and post applications of the scientific comprehension test in the computer course and Arabic language teaching in favor of the post application.

In light of these results, the study presented a set of recommendations and proposed research.
