Water stimulated the interest and thinking of man from ancient times until today.

Water was not only an important element necessary for the beginning and continuity of life, but a major factor controlling the existence of man, as it is the basic element in the growth and development of man over the ages, so this study focused on revealing the extent of the population's need For drinking water, the study included three chapters.

The first chapter focused on studying the theoretical framework of the study, while the second chapter of the study focused on studying the geographical factors affecting the sufficiency of drinking water.

The third chapter was concerned with studying the maps of drinking water purification projects and their production capacity in the study area in When the fourth chapter focused on the prevention of drinking water in the study area and the possibility of its development.

The study revealed that there are some projects suffering from a lack of productive capacity, which creates a deficit in the water shares prepared for the population.
