The aim of the research is to identify the level of intellectual stress, and what is the relationship between gender and specialization among university teachers, and for the purpose of verifying this, the researcher and for the purpose of achieving the goals of the current research, the researcher has adopted a measure of intellectual stress that is of (44) paragraphs, and after making sure of the psychometric properties of the research instrument applied The scale is based on the current research sample, which was divided on the basis of specialization (scientific - human) and gender (male - female), and the research sample consisted of (200) teaching and teaching staff from the research community, the results of the research showed a decrease in the level of intellectual stress among teachers of the College of Education, and also showed The research results showed that there was no statistically significant difference Between specialization and gender This indicates that the members of the sample from the faculty of education have one level of intellectual stress and no difference between the scientific specialization and the human specialization because they practice the same work whether in the field of administration and teaching or the quorum of teaching and based on the results of the current research some recommendations and future proposals have been reached
