Abstract EN

The aim was to identify the effectiveness of the administration by wandering for the deans of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences, and its relationship to the job satisfaction of the faculty members.

The human field was the faculty members in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in Baghdad.

The research sample was the same research community.

The sample will be randomly selected from the faculty members in the faculties of physical education in Baghdad, where the current research community reached (309) faculty members.

Obtaining a percentage of (64%) which is equivalent to (200) A faculty member and according to the requirements of scientific research to give a complete picture of his views of faculty members.

The design of the roaming management scale was based on (4) domains and (21) phrases.

The field of discovery of facts was at an average level among the sample responses, and it confirms that the deans of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences do not care about problems, and the improvement of communication was at a high level among the sample responses.

Teaching staff.

Motivation obtained a high level among the sample responses, and it confirms that the deans of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences use motivation to a large extent with members of the teaching staff
