Abstract EN

This study deals with the rules of exegesis through the introduction of (Mahasen Ataweel authored by Al-Qasimi).

It showed the importance of the science of interpretation and explained the rules that Al-Qasimi included in his interpretation.

The study used the (inductive) and (analytical) methods by extrapolating the rules of interpretation in the introduction.

It focused on the most prominent of their applications and alerted what is not a rule.

One of the most prominent results of this study is that the introduction of al-Qasimi Exegesis apparently includes ten rules only in the interpretation not eleven rules.

Also, the researcher considered the saying of the companions and followers of Prophet Mohammad as a source of the interpretation unless evidence indicates that it is an opinion and a matter of diligence, and that the reasons for the disagreement is diversity rather than contradiction.

Actually, abolition exists in Sharia, except in faith or virtues.

Al-Qasimi considers it legitimate to depend on deviant and classified readings of the Holy Quran.

He also went as far as to say that the Israeli interpretations can be adopted as a basis for exegesis if they are in line with mainstream readings.
