Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to know the effectiveness of a learning program strategy to improve the level and speed of solving the calculations when the visually impaired students asked through based on the learning strategy for mastery.

the fact that the research in educational sciences was a semi – experimental research method was appropriate, where two samples were taken in one experimental program applied to the other and the officer was taught in the usual way the semi- experimental method was used.

the sample consisted of (30) students distributed in (15) experimental groups, third grade students to achieve the objectives of the study , the researcher prepared an educational program based on the learning strategy to improve the level and speed of solving the calculations when he asks his visually impaired students.

lt consists of (12) educational sessions and an achievement test to verify the effectiveness of the program the authenticity and consistency of the tools have been extracted.

the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of(0.05=α) at the level of solving the calculations attributed to the program and for the benefit of the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance in (0.05=α) the study.

recommended that further studies on this strategy should be carried out on another sample as they have a positive effect on the improvement of level of students.
