هدفت الدراسة إلي بحث الكفاءة الوالدية للأمهات و علاقتها بالسلوك الاجتماعي لدى أطفالهن المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعلم، و كذلك الكشف عن الفروق بين أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعلم على مقياس الكفاءة الوالدية باختلاف المتغيرات الديموجرافية (مكان الإقامة، عمل الأم)، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة قصدية من مدرستي التربية الفكرية بكفر الشيخ ومدينة دسوق و كذلك مستشفي الزهراء بدسوق، و بلغ عدد العينة (95) طفل و طفلة و أمهاتهم، بمتوسط عمري للأطفال (9، 65)، و انحراف معياري (1، 078)، و بلغ المتوسط العمري للأمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعلم (35، 72)، و الإنحراف المعياري (3، 296)واستخدمت الدراسة مقياسى الكفاءة الوالدية للأمهات، و السلوك الاجتماعي للأطفال المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعلم ( إعداد الباحثة )، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين الكفاءة الوالدية للأمهات و السلوك الاجتماعي لأطفالهن المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعلم، و كذلك وجود فروق بين أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا القابلين للتعلم على مقياس الكفاءة الوالدية باختلاف مكان الإقامة (ريف- حضر)، تجاه أمهات الحضر، و اختلاف عمل الأم، تجاه الأم التي تعمل و هذا يثبت صحة فروض الدراسة.
Abstract EN
The study aimed to show the relationship between mothers 'parental competence and its relationship to social behavior among the mentally disabled children who are able to learn, and the study sample was chosen from the two schools of intellectual education in Kafr El-Sheikh and Desouq, as well as Zahra Hospital in Desouk, the number of the sample was (95) children, girl and their mothers, with an average age of (M= 9, 65), and (S.
D =1, 078), The study used the measure of parental competence for mothers (prepared by the researcher), and the scale of social behavior for children with disabilities.
The results of the study found that there was a positive correlation between the parental competence of mothers and social behavior, as well as the existence of differences between mothers of mentally handicapped children who were able to learn on the scale of parental competence according to the place of residence (rural - urban) in favor of urban mothers, as well as the difference in the work of the mother, in favor of the mother who doesn't work.
