The major economic and technological developments that the world has witnessed have imposed many changes on society, especially on the legal system of contracts, and perhaps the most important thing that translates these transformations is their impact on the general theory of contract as it directly affected the traditional foundations on which contracts are based long ago, which created a kind of modernization that added to the old foundations of the contract and thus abandoned the individual doctrine, which translates the contribution of economic and technological transformations in creating gradual changes that overshadowed the general theory of the contract and was the cause of the flourishing of the contract and the revival of many classic and rigid dogmatic principles so that these technological and economic interactions removed the dust from many principles, and this led to a creedal revolution that stimulated and revived some principles and caused the regression of others.
