Abstract EN

The 2016 constitutional amendment included several substantive revisions that touched on constitutional issues related to the general organization of the authorities and their relationship that may have an impact on the nature of the existing constitutional order, this study don't only analyze the 2016 constitutional amendement but it also scrutinizes various aspects of it including the adjustment that has touched the three authorities.

The most important of which is to strengthem the role of the parliament as an independent institution as well as to support the independence of the judiciary, to define the presidential term and give it over-constitutional value and review the constitutional fonctions of the prime minister.
