This study deals with a letter of the meanings which is the letter « fa 'a», in which its significance was shown to grammarians and jurists and in it the effect of the grammatical meaning on jurisprudential issues was explained and in it i arrived at the following results: •A difference in the meaning of the letter “fa'a” for grammarians.

•The meaning of the letter “fa'a” according to the jurists.

•There is a relationship between the grammatical meaning and the idiosyncratic effect.
