Literature is a way to show the poetic and creative self, to unveil its deep and mysterious world, with all its visions, aspirations, ideas and surrounding circumstances and transformations.

literary creativity is only a response to what the self wants to reveal, according to psychological perceptions and internal motives,which are filled with the creator who is melted in his creativity, to express himself.

When it does so, it strengthens its connection with the other/recipient, and draws the boundaries of the relationship with the universe and life.

The self is a flexible element whose ideology changes in accordance with the reservoirs of circumstances and situations affecting the personality of the writer/creator, influenced by events in various aspects of political, social, and economic life.

The creator is not isolated from these factors; he is involved into its tiniest details setting for himself a platform to express himself.

Poetry is an expression of pure conscience, an expression of the poet's self, which generates the meanings that intimately link up with him, and as a consequences، sadness, frustration brokenness، and a sense of alienation spread، the meanings of revolution, rejection and other trends emerged.

So the research came under the title "The self in the poetry of Hamad Dukhi, the whole group of names as a model" to reveal the most prominent aspects of the self and its manifestations in the group: (All Names).
