يكتسي موضوع حوكمة مؤسسات التعليم العالي أهمية كبرى لكونها شرط أساسي للتنمية الشاملة، خاصة في عصر الثورة الرقمية لكن و بالرغم من هاته الأهمية، إلا أن القطاع يعاني من عدة مشاكل، مما يحتم علينا تطبيق معايير الحكامة الرشيدة عليه.
فما هو مفهوم الحوكمة الرشيدة و ما هو دورها في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة ؟.
Abstract EN
The issue of the governance of higher education institutions is of great importance as it is a prerequisite for comprehensive development, especially in the era of the digital revolution, but despite this importance, the sector suffers from several problems, which necessitates us to apply the standards of good governance to it.
What is the concept of good governance and what is its role in achieving comprehensive quality ?
