The study aims to address the most important global transformations in the field of banking industry, which have become a continuous flowing stream, according to which the foundations, trends and the banking identity of the bank that is paving its way towards globalization are determined.

Many ideas and projects were proposed, the most important of which was the adoption of electronic banking, as the banking system in Algeria knew the application of new systems and means that achieved speed in making the most of what modern technology allows, mainly represented in the widespread use of electronic payment and payment methods, and the study reached an important conclusion which is that traditional banking It has become ineffective in an era that requires speed to process transactions and deals at low costs.

Hence, it has become imperative for banks to face these challenges by taking appropriate steps that help them engage in the global economy with its increasing and continuous changes and changes to stand on an equal footing with global banks.
