Abstract EN

The research problem can be known through the following questions: Do male and female teachers of physical education in Kirkuk have the skills of the twenty-first century? - Are there differences between male and female teachers of physical education in Kirkuk governorate according to the gender variable in possessing twenty-first century skills? The study aimed to: 1- Building a scale for the skills of the twenty-first century for male and female physical education teachers in Kirkuk governorate.2- To identify the extent to which physical education teachers in Kirkuk governorate possess the skills of the twenty-first century.3- Detecting the differences in the extent to which physical education teachers in Kirkuk governorate possess the skills of the twenty-first century according to the variable (gender).

The research community was determined by a comprehensive inventory method represented by physical education teachers in Kirkuk governorate, who numbered (225) teachers for the academic year (2020-2021) and the research sample consisted of (203) teachers, and the research sample was divided into two parts (construction sample, and application sample) about Through the lottery, the construction sample was limited to (103) teachers, and the application sample was limited to (100) teachers.

The researcher used a number of methods in collecting data.

As for statistical treatments, the statistical program (spss) was used to extract the required results that serve the study.

The research reached the following conclusions: 1- The twenty-first century skills scale was built for physical education teachers in Kirkuk governorate.
