Through this study, we seek to highlight the contribution of cooperation in building collective competencies based on their four indicators (common reference, common language, collective memory, self-commitment), this is at the level of the harboring team at the Hyatt regency hotel at Algiers airport.

a field study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire to the employees working in the department, which includes 33 employees, and the data was analyzed based on the program SPSS version 26.

the results of the study showed a statistically significant relationship between cooperation and collective competencies, where the relationship was strong by 73.2%, which indicates the extent to which cooperative relationships between members of the hotel's harboring team contribute to the building and development of collective competence.
