يتعـين على البلدية باعتبارها مكان لالتقاء التطلعات الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية، أن تقـوم بإعداد مخطــط التنمية الاقتصادية طبقا للصلاحيات المخولة لها في قانون البلدية، و تجدر الإشــارة إلى أن هناك برامج تنموية مختلفة.
يستدعي تعـدد البرامج اعتماد عـدة أشكال للتمويل، و من ثم تختلف طرق تسـجيلها و إنجازها و كذا الأهداف التنموية التي وضعت من أجلها.
Abstract EN
As a place where social and economic aspirations meet, the municipality must prepare an economic development plan in accordance with the powers vested in it in the municipality’s law, and it should be noted that there are various development programs.
The multiplicity of programs calls for the adoption of several forms of financing, and then there are different ways of recording and achieving them, as well as the development goals for which they are set
