Abstract EN

Through this study, we aim to highlight the reality of applying crisis management methods to workers in service institutions In light of the Covid-19, and to identify as well the statistical differences in the responses of the sample members due to the gender variable.

The responses of the sample members are due to the variable of years of experience, as we used the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of 30 workers at the Office of Sports Vehicles in the Wilayat of Souk Ahras.
