Abstract EN

This study underlines the importance of adopting the presence of information technologies in the country of Algeria, because technological means have become in our time everywhere from home, school and university to all public institutions and private sector establishments, as it is one of the necessities of contemporary life.

On this basis, our study helped to identify the concept of information technology and its role in improving the efficiency of administrative performance in Algerian sports institutions, and to identify the computer devices most used in the field of sports management.

The study sample consisted of administrators and workers of some sports institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and their number was (60) people, and the researchers adopted the descriptive approach using the questionnaire as an information gathering tool.

The research problem was presented as follows: 1-What is the role of information technologies in improving the performance of sports management in sports institutions? 2-What are the most used computer devices in the field of sports management? When it included a group of (30) paragraphs measuring the role of information technology in improving sport management, paragraphs (1 to 15) measuring the role of information technology, and paragraphs (16-30) used computers in sports.

The results are as follows: - This information technology amis to improve the performance of sports management in certain sports institutions.

- The most widely used computer devices in the field of sports management in some institutions is the computer and linking it to the Internet.
