The study aims to clarify the controls to which the researcher complies when choosing the appropriate statistical methods that suit his research in the case of differential hypotheses in human and social research.

In the first part, the study began by defining the term "hypotheses" by mentioning their types and focusing on the differential hypotheses.

In the second part, the researcher looked at the regulations on which the researcher relies to choose the appropriate statistical method for his research in the case of differential hypotheses.
